Tasks & Responsibilities: - Implementing, Maintain and improve Integrated Management System according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO/TS 29001:2010, ISO 55001:2014, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 21500:2012 - Implementing, Maintain and improve ERP system and business intelligence - Supervise and train ERP users / super users at business unit - Data Analysis and preparing management dashboards
Requirements
Knowledge & Skills: - Good command of IMS base on mentioned standards - Good knowledge of process management and data analysis - Familiar with strategic management and business excellence - Fluent in English - Expert with ERP (IFS) systems Education: - Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA and other related fields Experience: - Minimum 3 years of related experience Behavioral qualities: - Excellent documentation skills - Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills - Experience leading and developing top performing teams Special Conditions: - Have good working experience with ERP System (IFS)
