
Job Description
Design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015 to get and maintain the certification. Design, Evaluate, and improve processes in all organization systems. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and conducting duties related to the quality systems, supplier quality, and design quality. Maintenance, development, and execution of internal audits for all business streams based on ISO 9001:2015. Determine the Non-Conformity Reporting (NCR) process and root cause analysis Ensure that internal audit work is fulfilling the ISO certification needs Corrective action and control of non-conforming ingredients/product, products under hold, reject and returns, and speed of action and problem-solving. Daily reporting for the operation team, providing relevant information to facilitate problem-solving and continuous improvement. Ensure that the metrics are regularly reviewed, and corrective or preventive actions take place. Identify and participate in continuous improvement activities in areas such as process control, training, work instructions, operator awareness Utilize knowledge and experience to identify, tackle and document problems and risks within the quality system To actively promote and comply with all employment policies and procedures of the company. lead any third-party audits Training of staff against the systems and procedures in place Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 am - 5:30 pm The job shuttle service is available for Tehran.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years QA experience with at least three years at supervisory/management level preferably with a background from the manufacturing industry Bachelor's degree or higher educations in Industrial Engineering, Management, MBA or another related field A solid understanding of QA principles backed up by multiple years of relevant experience in conducting and hosting quality system audits/regulatory inspections. Experience in implementation of ISO 9001:2015 (more than five cases) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills including high attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Team leadership qualities and personal development skills Self-motivated, well organized and assertive Logical approaches, excellent problem solving and decision-making skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent IMS documentation skills Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
