Job Description


• Lead the Quality Academy roadmap from design through full implementation.
• Develop and embed training processes, SOPs, and standards in alignment with Group HR and Quality Excellence, ensuring consistency with division frameworks to create synergy and avoid gaps.
• Design and manage role-based curricula covering GMP, QMS, HSE, and Regulatory topics.
• Oversee setup and integration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and related platforms with HR/IT systems.
• Identify, qualify, and support internal trainers and mentors, while engaging external experts when needed.
• Launch group-wide training campaigns and awareness initiatives (e.g., Safety in Crisis) to strengthen quality culture and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs, track audit/inspection readiness, report progress, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or HR/Organizational Development with strong quality exposure.
• 5–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical quality, regulatory, HSE, or learning & development.
• Proven experience in designing or managing training programs (preferably in GMP/regulated industries).
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, or e-QMS systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with international quality standards (ICH Q10, EU-GMP, PIC/S, ISO).
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GxP training requirements.
• Project management skills (planning, execution, monitoring).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication.
