Job Description

The objective of this position is: Plan, Implement and develop systems and procedures to achieve and assure superior quality for company’s Products. Transforms results of lab analyses / Quality Control activities into Effective Quality Assurance measures resulting in a World Class Quality Assurance Management System - Develops implements and manages the system for the provision, reporting of, interpretation and application of laboratory data into process. - Collaborate with & Train the team (Subordinates & Other Departments) to ensure Right QA System Implementation. - Set and update materials (RM / PM / WIP / FG) specifications to achieve compliance of Iranian Legalisms (ISIRI & FDO), CODEX, Internal Standards & Marketing Requirements. - Release of all incoming raw materials & Finished Goods (Chemical Properties) as per defined Specification & Positive. - Release System and recommendation for compensations in case applicable. - Implementation of Shelf-Life & Keeping Quality Tests. - Establish Quality Plans, SOPs and test methods and keeping of ISO 17025 management systems. - Plan & Implement Internal Audit as per ISO 17025 & 22000. - Take ISIRI & FDO permissions for new products and renew all mandatory products licenses. - Update on national and international regulations on edible oils and fats and implement system to compliance with regulations. - Communicate and Actively F-Up present BOMs implementation with relevant departments. - Measure, Monitor & Prepare Action Plans to achieve Departmental KPIs including Lab Response Lead-Time, First-Time Quality, Exceptional Release & Non-Conformance Report.
