
Job Description
- Providing and purchasing various and different types of FMCG products according to customer's needs and orders - Providing promotion plans, - Following market analysis and new trends and products, - Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems, - Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. - Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers and transportation firms. - Track the status of requisitions, contracts, - Calculates costs of orders and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts, - Sourcing- Finding Suppliers, - Negotiating on goods, prices, transportation... - Perform all duties as assigned and required in accordance with the instruction within the organization policies.
Requirements
- At least Bachelors degree in business management, mathematics, economics or other related courses - Self-motivated and well organized - Excellent communication skills both written and oral. - Strong attention to details - Strong ability to multitask and prioritize competing interests - Microsoft Office skills. - Familiar with Internet usage - Fluent in English, Turkish knowledge is a plus
