Job Description

1. Purchases raw materials in accordance with the order sheet 2. Evaluates suppliers after each purchase 3. Creates archives to record purchasing records and dialers 4. Tracks material problems purchased until resolved 5. Carries out all orders for purchasing overseas 6. Provides Purchase Report and Supplier Valuation to Commercial Director 7. Sets up a purchase contract and follow up on them 8. Participates in shopping follow-up meetings 9. Declares the purchase amount to the unit for payment 10. Cooperates and assists to other units in relation to access to common goals of the organization and personnel of the company 11. Manages corrective suggestions on improving the internal procurement process of the company 12. Supervises and monitors the received goods and their adaptation to custom samples, including production, consumables, non-manufactured and other items and materials required by different units. 13. Approves and evaluates prioritizing internal purchasing orders, prepares a timetable for purchasing purchases according to the specified priority 14. Checks and, if necessary, confirms the purchase request, including the purchase order and determining the purchase order number for the applications and announcing it to the relevant applicant. 15. Supervises and cooperates in reviewing and proposing recommendations for increasing the level of quality of the company's manufactured goods and improving their quality to acceptable standards of world markets and also reducing the price to the competitive level of global markets. 16. Supervises over the issue of obtaining permits for the export of goods and customs. 17. Performs other duties assigned by the superiors.

Requirements

- Ability to effectively speak and write in English - Mastering the computer, the Internet, and related software - Experience with Customs and Commercial Law - Mastering the basics and requirements of the quality management system - Full mastery of raw materials and essentials - Understanding the principles and techniques of negotiations - Mastering business and trade affairs, correspondence and legal advice - Ability to evaluate purchasing resources and select the best options - Taking a hand-on the principles of GDP and GSP - Experience with business rules, regulations of transactions and regulations governing taxation and insurance - Introductory familiarity with export and import regulations and foreign clearance and clearance laws - A complete familiarity with the principles of managing purchase orders - Proficiency in English
