-Provide inter agency communication for a sport club and related partners
-Respond to website messages, incoming emails and responsible for outgoing correspondences
-Collect and archive all the files that are generated for club advertising and news
-Participate in idea meetings and events
-Collaborate with the website developers to design advertising campaigns and news
-Take photos and videos from all matches continuously for archiving and publishing on social networks
-Enter information such as news, events, and course information on the website
-Create and edit promotional videos
-Perform all tasks related to SMS notifications
-Negotiate, coordinate, and track digital advertisements. (Websites, social networks)
-Track the progress of work
Requirements
-B.S. degree in journalism, Advertising or Communications
-Proven working experience in public relations required
-Very good understanding of digital tools and online media
-Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns on all media, specially online
-Exceptional writing and editing skills
-Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter
-Responsible, hard-working and well-organized personality who’s always eager to learn
-Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
-High passion of using a popular media to communicate with people to make a good feeling
-IT understanding and in particular, familiarity with network infrastructure -Strong Computer Skills (MS Office)
