Job Description
● Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with press contacts.
● Draft written materials, including press releases, memos, pitches, statements, Q&As, and more.
● Identify and leverage data to support storytelling efforts.
● Develop and lead company crisis management program.
● Research and generate media lists, monitor news, post, comments, and tweets and generate media reports and analyze metrics to gauge PR/media results.
● Plan and develop proactive media relationships campaigns, prompt response on social media.
● Execute copy that cuts through the noise, elevates the customer experience, and tells a strong brand story connected to our services and products.
● Create original social content, from captivating captions and stories that integrate copy with native tools, to video treatments and new content franchise ideas.
● Responsible for PR strategy in social media including Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Twitter with KPI of media exposure and social engagement index.
● Responsible for IranTalent report service with KPI of number of downloads.
● Responsible for online and offline events and press conferences from A to Z with KPI of engagement.
