Job Description
• Determine and define project scope and objectives,Ensure that all projects are delivered on time,
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Interact with our Clients and Partners on a regular basis.
• Gather all the necessary information and organize them.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
• Bs or Ms Degree in Mechanical or any other related Engineering fields.
• At least 8 years’ experience as a project manager, preferably in oil, gas and petrochemical Industries.
• Knowing PMBOK standards.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
• Familiar with technical and engineering document, and also be familiar with contractual frameworks and price estimation in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical categories.
• Teamwork skills to establish successful connection with members and management team
• Mastery in project control software (Primavera, MS Project).
• Familiar with tender documents and data gathering
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, financial, & pricing skills preferred
• Strong Teamwork and Flexible
• Fluency in written and spoken English
