Job Description

Objective of the post: establishing coordination between all manufacturing units, reducing time and financial costs, ensuring the realization of manufacturing plan and quality standards. List of responsibilities: Arranging units on time, cost and resources required for each project, planning on MSP, risk management, reporting the process of the projects, leading and coordinating the project team. Superordinate positions: managing Director. Subordinate positions: 12 manufacturing team, 5 supply teams, 2 engineering teams. Length of probation period: one month. Working hours: 44 hours per week plus lunch time. Travel requirement: seldom. Gross monthly salary based: Basic salary 9 million Tomans. Can be increased up to 11 million Tomans. Commission/bonus/benefits: seasonal performance rewards.
