Project Manager - Architect

Job Description

Objective: We are looking for a male candidate capable of conducting our engineering department towards a concise goal that consists of providing premium engineering services to our customers and help our company build a strong database of satisfied customers. The said person would be primarily acting as a project manager in charge of contracts, installation and supervision of projects. This person would create and organize installation teams and train them to our values and philosophy. As a technical director, he would prepare contracts, manage all financial issues within the engineering department and ensure that all installation jobs are carried out in compliance with the delivery time and terms of the contracts and according to our company philosophy. Finally, we would require the said person to study and suggest new techniques and ideas in order to make our solutions more cost effective and efficient. Main Responsibilities: Cladding and Facade Detailing Training of installation teams Supervision of installation teams Contracts Financial administration of projects Reporting to: General Manager Other Interactions: Managing Director, Sales Manager, Office Administrator, Head of Design Number Required: 1 Duration: Permanent Desired Start Date: September 23rd 2012 Probation: 1-3 months Working Hours: Saturday - Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm Travel Requirements: 2-3 trips per month to provinces Gross monthly base salary: 800 - 1500 $ Commission / Bonus : Weekly and Monthly Other Benefits: Social Security
