- Responsible to control multi projects and develop the required project reporting
- Collect project progress and analyze the collected data to find the project gaps
- Identify and confirm requirements with the Contracts Administrator and the Program/Project
Manager(s) to include reporting and invoicing obligations and other items that may affect the
project’s set up in Cost point.
- Participate in project performance monitoring control
- Participate in project risk control
- Participate in project change management
- As a PMO member needs to support PMO businesses and tasks
Requirements
- BSc / MSc in relevant majors (Industrial Engineering)
- Well experienced in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Microsoft Project Server
- Advanced skills in working with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Access
- Well knowledge of Strategic Planning and implementation concepts, techniques and tools
- Familiar with Project Management Standards
