Job Description

Foreign purchasing project control and office coordinator Responsibilities of project control: -Implement project management procedures, develop tools for monitoring, measuring, evaluating, controlling and reporting progress Prepare project status & analytic reports about progress and delay in project -Monitoring, track or report project milestones and deliverables time by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. -Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS). Responsibilities of office coordinator: -Respond to letters, Emails & phones. -Paying for routine office expenses. -Coordination for all local/foreign Business Trips and Getting visa. -Managing all meeting in company. -Follow up on administrative & business matters.

Requirements

-BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering-Engineering (Industrial). -Fluently in English language. -Being mastery in project control software (Primavera, MS Project). -Being familiar with PMBOK, Arena, Minitab, P6, ICDL . -Being familiar with quality management system. -Being familiar with strategic planning. -Teamwork skills to establish successful connection with members and management team. -Having analytical skills. -Accuracy and precision of work and good problem solving skills. -Understanding, analyzing and root causing of project problems. -Being ability to withstand high work pressure and get things done & Ability to work to deadlines. ** Our address: 11th St., Vozara St., Beheshti Ave., Tehran
