Production Supervisor

Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes. He should ensure that goods are produced efficiently. He must ensure the correct amount is produced at the right cost and at the right level of quality. Typical activities include: - Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; - Ensuring the production is cost effective; - Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; - Working with factory manager to implement the company's policies and goals; - Supervising and motivating a team of workers.
