Job Description

-Cooperation with the supplying department and announcing the orders based on factory management confirmation -Cooperation with supplying department to catch the required reports in way of controlling products interval process -Planning the required needs based on sales department requirements and factory -Following commercial department purchases and supplying the orders from the supplying department -Assigning the methods to have better connection with supplying department to update and facilitate the limitations -Preparing the periodical reports for management -Editing the methods of controlling the warehouse based on warehouse manager -Distinguishing the required equipment and facilities for warehouse -Supplying all required sources -Supervising on warehouse personnel -Controlling the process of warehouse based on related software -Following and dealing to solve the happening problem in the warehouse -Supervising on checking the products to be categorized -Preparing the warehouse lay outs -Supervising on counting in warehouse -Finding the warehouse limitations to make it categorized in a better way specially for new ones -Supervene on remaining items in the warehouse to finalize them -Supervising on whole related issues in warehouse same as all processes and monthly and yearly counting, then participating in related meetings to do the next decisions -Connecting the sales department requirements with warehouse policies -Supervising on controlling the all items in warehouse -Supervising on all assigned required BOM to be used in related production line *Job location: Near Imam Khomeini Airport. A comfortable car service is provided. *Full Time Position

Requirements

-Be supportive and cooperative person in case of working with BOM, OPC and FPC fluently to control the orders requirements, warehouse, predicting the sales and updating the relating issues -B.S. or M.S. Degree in an engineering related field -At least 5 years of experience as an HR Expert (Training & Development) -Excellent communication and analytical skills -Compassionate and approachable in nature -Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required -Ability to operate computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet deadlines -Gender Preference: Male -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
