- Plan, direct, or coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
Main Responsibilities
- Review processing schedules or production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, or duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints.
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems.
- Hire, train, evaluate, or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.
- Coordinate or recommend procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machines.
Requirements
• At least Bachelor degree in industries, industrial management, mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years previous management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements that includes.
• Technical ability with problem solving, critical thinking.
• Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft office
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
• Ability to use technical and engineering drawings OPC-BOM.
• Coordinating, controlling and supervising the producing of product and their quality
• Careful supervision and control over the receipt of raw materials and auxiliary materials from warehouse.
• Fluent in planning and production control.
