Maintains up-to-date knowledge on assigned portfolio, proactively searching for market information, products updates, competitive information, key differentiators, price levels, and transferring them to the Account Managers
Maintains a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question regarding the products
Manages and maintain relationships with local key opinion leaders (KOL) and organize advisor board meetings, in alignment with marketing team.
Implements and monitors the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the sales targets, gain market share and meet the related strategic sales and marketing KPIs.
Regular visits of physicians to monitor product availability and movement.
Understand sales systems and procedures and develop weekly/monthly visit plan in consultation with sales supervisor.
Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists
Participates in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs
Prepares detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities
Reporting to: Sales Supervisor.
Length of Probation Period: 3 months.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 9 hours a day.
Travel requirements: Once in a month.
Requirements
Pharmacist, Medical Doctor, DVM or at least Master degree in Life Sciences, Microbiology or other related fields is required
At least 1 years of sales in the pharmaceutical market with a proven success record.
Fluent in Farsi & English language
Able to achieve goals with minimal direction
Able to work in teams and independently.
