Job Description

● Prepare the marketing business plan (strategy) for all products on an annual basis. ● Create and execute product tactical plans within specified time frames. ● Allocate optimal resource to the specified brands. ● Competitor's price monitoring, price offer for new product, review of product profitability. ● Set budgets for and control allocated promotional expenditure for the product(s). ● Product knowledge training and product launch. ● Introducing business plans to the sales team. ● Preparation of statistical and analytical management report. ● Coordinating events and training sessions for customers. ● Review of new products of competitors, changes in the package, promotions of competing companies, marketing activities of competitors. ● Reviewing the sales trend of the product group, coverage percentage, and identifying sales growth potentials.

Requirements

● Minimum 5 years' experience as the Product Manager, work experience in pharmaceutical companies is a plus. ● Effective strategic planning abilities, forecasting and budgeting skills. ● Competencies must include organizational and strategic thinking and agility. ● Creative in thinking, planning execution of multiple projects. ● Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. ● Fluency in spoken and written English.
