We are looking for: We are looking for a Product Manager to work cross-functionally with our teams and help us in our mission to become a leader of community name brand in our field of online lodging rentals. If you’re a capable Product Manager who’s up for a challenge and data-driven when solving problems and setting strategy, and defining roadmaps, we want to hear from you! Your responsibilities: - Define a roadmap concerning business and user data. - Continuously measure product KPIs like Stickiness, Feature Adoption, App Retention, Product Engagement Score(PES), NPS, churn rate, etc. - Work closely with the UX design team to improve the UX and CX. - Arrange the sprints alongside the scrum master to implement Agile Methodologies. - Analysis of the data to yield data-driven User stories for the development team. - Improve and devise new test cases to test the products. - Documentation of the product and catalog of the business. - Found and set proper OKRs to make sure that the Products are in a defined roadmap. - Analysis of the financial performance of the product. - Create and refining backlog with an analysis of the product's state according to the roadmap. - Created continuous reports to monitor the product's health and update the stakeholders. - Collaborated with different teams and stakeholders to create a backlog, improve operations and marketing optimizations - Meet with Key Strategic Partners (Vendors) to find the best cooperation and resource management solution.
