- Planning and directing of product development projects
- Coordinating and making an effective relationship between key department of organization such as suppliers, supply chain, financial, and especially sales & distribution channels.
- Planning of product promoting
- Planning and directing of product launching and sales developed campaign.
- Training of product knowledge to sales team.
- Monitoring of product Availability and product visibility in the Market (outlets, sales point, retails) and competitors monitoring by market visit.
- Controlling of product’s sales targets
- Reporting to accountable of NPD/EPD projects
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learning back into product development process
Requirements
- University qualifications: Business Management and MBA
- Previous experience: At least 7 years of experience in FMCG Companies in related position
- Adaptability and being open to suggestions, ideas, and challenges
- Excellent Communications, Negotiations & Presentation Skills
- Ideal Age Range: Min: 32, Max: 40
- Gender Preference: Male or Female
