Job Description

About the role: ● Take a customer-centric and data-driven approach to design, incorporating user testing and data analysis to validate design concepts and turn complex user actions into one simple and intuitive product journey. ● Craft solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. ● Create intuitive, delightful interfaces and interactions. ● Test and iterate based on learnings from research and analytics. ● Utilize and contribute to the design system. ● Set the bar for design quality in the industry. ● Partner with us to build an inspiring design culture. ● Present product ideas to relevant team members for brainstorming. ● Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers. ● Employ design concepts into functional prototypes. ● Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts. ● Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions. ● Coordinate with designers to ensure accurate communication and efficiency in the design phase. ● Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

● Experience in innovation and startup ecosystem Iran. ● (Work experience in financial companies is an advantage). ● Relevant undergraduate degree or formal qualification. ● More than 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design. ● Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. ● A strong understanding of how to apply design thinking when planning and scoping project work. ● Experience in contributing towards a design system. ● A portfolio that demonstrates functional designs across desktop and mobile devices. ● A user-centric mindset. ● Strong wireframing/prototyping skills. ● Experience conducting research/partnering with user researchers. ● Experience partnering with engineers to release features, products, and/or services. ● Experience working on complex applications. ● Strong visual and verbal communication skills. ● Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
