- Handle all the purchase requests within the organization.
- Identifies potential, reliable and competitive suppliers and assures the best price.
- Prepare bids, organize tender, participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers and make contracts and agreements.
- Collect and verify the validity of quotations, verify technical specifications and prepare quotation evaluation form for approval.
- Understands organization’s deadlines for purchasing requests.
Requirements
University qualifications:
- Minimum BSc in Management, Business, or any other related fields.
Previous experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement especially in IT industry.
Skills:
- High level of awareness of the supplier market environment across all areas is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of Procurement, Business Management, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management.
- Excellent communication, Influencing and interpersonal skills.
- People Management.
