At Cafe Bazaar we are looking for a Procurement Expert to join our friendly and warm team. We are a customer-oriented company and for us our customer satisfaction is the most important issue. As a procurement expert, you will have to supply and deliver goods(services) based on relevant SLAs, create a vendor list and keep it updated, preparing related documents for payment to suppliers.
Job Description:
-- Checking and analyzing PRs
-- Communicate with internal customers effectively to clarify the request
-- Handle Purchasing Process from A to Z: Sourcing, negotiation, getting the P/I, ordering and deliver goods or services at the best time
-- Performing routine follow-ups to ensure the delivery of goods or services is in accordance with the desired quality and time
-- Updating vendor list
-- Preparation of required purchase documents such as inquiry, proforma, approvals and uploading purchase document on relevant system
-- Periodical reporting on assigned tasks
Requirements
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
-- Excellent public relations
-- Familiar with procurement process and negotiation

-- Ability to handle multiple tasks
-- At least one year relevant experience
