Job Description
- Define and build PMO - Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders - Ensure alignment to strategy - Create working relationships with project managers and other PMO’s - Facilitate governance process - Overall risk management to identify themes - Facilitate dependency management across the projects and programs - Facilitate change control process - Track deliverables and benefit realisation - Mentor project managers - Responsible for tools, standards and methodology project management templates
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in industrial engineering, Petroleum engineering, management or related fields - At least 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry - Good in English language - Excellent computer skills including Primavera or Project schedule, MS Office software - Project management experience in a Medium organization - Ability to lead and influence customer and internal stakeholders as well as lead and motivate staff - Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project - Understand risk management processes - PMP certification and/or prior PMO experience is a plus - Age : 34 - 45
