• Achieve sales targets, in relevant territory on required basis
• Regular visits of pharmacies in order to make sure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep company reputation.
• Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolves customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, making recommendations to management.
• Take orders over the phone, Internet, or through email.
• Monitoring distributor sales forces and communicating with them as daily task.
• Meet call targets while focusing on top costumers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory)
Requirements
• Fully familiar with pharmacies and pharmaceutical distribution models and ways of working;
• Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing, Nutrition;
• Sales and Marketing principles;
• Presentation skills
• Communication skills
• Team Player
