- Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, faxes, etc.) of the MD
- Analyze incoming and outgoing communication, submissions and reports and prepare and co-ordinate the preparation and submission of summary briefs and reports to the MD. Liaise with departmental and corporate staff and with other organizations and associations.
- Organizing meetings and event management as required. Also Co-ordination of agenda papers for Management level meetings
- Travel Arrangements
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders
- Arranging meetings with customers and suppliers as required for the MD
- Liaising between other staff and the MD
- Preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
- Preparing internal contracts
- Updating health certificates of all employees plus complementary insurance
- Coordinating the drivers and their daily tasks - Other traditional PA and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- A bachelors degree is required
- The candidate must reside in Tehran
- Sense of professional presentation with excellent English and Farsi written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and perfect attention to details
- Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required
- Maintain the strictest confidence of the MD at all times
- Possess a 'can-do' attitude and be pro-active in seeking solutions to problems
- Above average skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel). Being familiar to other programs are an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously - An understanding and willingness to support the work culture of the corporate
- Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40 Previous experience: 3-5 years of experience as PA or similar position
