Main responsibilities:
- Handle all secretarial affairs like typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, booking flights and etc.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, etc.
- Be responsible for managing petty-cash fund
- Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required by GM.
- Manage the office environment
- Any other assigned tasks
Requirements
- University qualifications: At least BA/BS degree
- At least 3 years’ of experience in similar roles
- Microsoft office package skills:
- Word: Advanced
- Outlook: Advanced
- Excel: Intermediate
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities
- Gender Preference: Male/Female
- Military Service Must Be Done (Male)
- Ideal Age Range: Maximum 40
