Job Description

-Manage and handle all the activities and reports regarding the payroll including salaries, time sheet records, SSO, VAT, taxes, payments, bank accounts, salaries, insurances and etc. -Running the daily accounting operations by managing general bookkeeping, suppliers, customers and Bank accounts -Carrying out bank payments for internal and foreign sub-contractors, suppliers and in the line with internal and governmental policies -Taking the responsibility of all TAX/SSO cases and other legal affairs of company and pursuing their case till finalization -Ensure that all transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures and guidelines and prepare financial or regulatory reports required by laws, regulations, or boards of directors -Assisting with monthly and quarterly activities required for Taxes, VAT and SSO reporting and activities -Prepare non-routine financial data as requested in order to support management decision-making -Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports from available accounting data following prescribed formats, as needed, -Assisting with filing financial documents, data entry and book keeping -Prepare reports from statistical and financial information according to stated schedules so that all Required information is available for review in a timely manner -Develop the skills of the finance team members through training and coaching -Monitor and analysis accounting data and Produce financial reports or statements -Communicating with customers and suppliers or any necessary subjects -Assisting with filing financial documents, data entry and book keeping -Other duties based on job responsibilities

Requirements

-Proficiency in accounting software. -Bachelor’s degree or Master of accounting from a reputable university, -At least 3 years of experience in accounting and payroll, -Familiarity with accounting principles, Labor Law and Social, Insurance law Rules, -Acceptable English Language level in both speaking and writing, -Knowledge of working with ERP systems, -Good knowledge of working with related accounting software’s, -Solid knowledge to issue, control, review and investigate all types of accounting documents, -Solid experience of financial statements and financial report preparation for both internal and external parties (legal authorities) including but limited to tax and SSO reporting, -Good knowledge of tax and SSO accounting, accounting software, MS Excel, -Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment, -Proficient in working with computer and internet, -Willing to learn new skills where necessary to effectively undertake the role, -Ideal Age: 25 to 40 -Duration: Permanent -Desired start date: As soon as possible -Probation: 3 Months -Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8 am-17 pm -Travel requirements: Business trips in IRAN and abroad
