Job Description
-Provides direct organizational improvement by designing and executing organizational analyses and interpretation that generates advice and recommendations to improve program quality, organizational structure, staffing, and resource allocation efficiency and effectiveness
-Develops, manages, and facilitates communication among and between program staff, clients, and partner organizations by process management
-Analyzing program and compliance requirements to develop policies and protocols to support productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency
-Develops scopes of work, budgets and work plans; coordinates staff activities related to projects; and ensures that high quality deliverables are completed on time and within budget
-Prepares and presents high quality written materials in a variety of formats
