Job Description
-Develop and lead new channels of driver acquisition -Constantly measure the economics of each channel (ROI, etc.) and optimize it -Creates and implements driver acquisition campaigns end-to-end including content ideation, budgeting and finding and relationship management with agencies -Work cross-functionally with HQ and other cities to ensure complete internal alignment -Wok with all the cities to make sure best practices and standard operating procedures are being followed -Help all the cities to roll out new channels
Requirements
-B.S. in a must – Relevant majors are Marketing, Branding, Management, MBA -Between 3 - 4 years of relevant experience – minimum one year of team management experience -Entrepreneurial Attitude (go-gether, hands on, ambitious) -Demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations and aptitude for adapting communication style based on the audience -Excellent written and verbal communication -Strong creative and critical thinking capability -Structured problem solving skills -Hands on execution -Good grip of analytics -Gender Preference: Male
