Job Description

As the operations manager, you will play a vital role in crafting and executing policies, harmonizing interdepartmental activities, and steering the business toward achieving robust growth and profitability. You'll oversee and assess departmental progress, ensuring alignment with predetermined business objectives.

  • Develop and administer policies, overseeing departmental functions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Analyze operational activities, costs, and forecasts to monitor progress and attain business objectives.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with the team to evaluate goal attainment.
  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans focusing on operations, finance, marketing, and product enhancement.
  • Supervise operations, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting growing demands.
  • Oversee crucial projects, performance reports, and analyses, providing insights and guidance.
  • Approve accounting analyses for budget planning, implementation, and financial reporting.
  • Engage with the media to bolster TAPSI's brand visibility.
  • Establish and manage relationships with governmental and regulatory bodies.
  • Guide the marketing team in crafting user growth strategies.
  • Spearheaded local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns.
  • Act as TAPSI's representative at local events and in PR activities.
  • Effectively communicate product/process needs to the headquarters.


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience.
  • The data-driven mindset with robust business acumen.
  • Demonstrated track record in executive roles.
  • Proficiency in people management and leadership.
  • Strong critical and creative thinking abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster a positive organizational culture, and navigate complex business environments.
