-Manages day-to-day operations and performs towards achieving assigned targets
-Team Recruitment and coaching of team members
-Analyzes data and reports as per given requirements to management team
-Responsible for own business unit P&L
-Controls finances/budget of operations and aligns them as per set criteria
-Increases fleet and raises active fleet performance
-Monitors performance metrics of fleet and improves performance levels
-Resolves issues related to fleet and handles independently within own business unit
Requirements
-Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum four years of experience in operations, sales or business development
-Strong leadership and fast execution
-Multitasking and ability to handle time sensitive tasks
-Fluent in English, Reading & writing Interested in living/ working in outside of Tehran
-Gender Preference: Male
