We are looking to speak to an offline marketing expert who would be interested in working for one of the countries most respected professional services firms. The chosen Offline Marketing Manager will be responsible for helping drive brand awareness through a variety of methods and promote the business on both a B2B and B2c basis. As Offline Marketing manager you will be responsible for all external communications campaigns, creative content & materials, Brand development, Event Planning & Management and PR. This position would suit a marketing manager or senior level executive that has strong offline experience and is looking to take a strategic role within a growing team. This is a senior position so you would be empowered with strategic input and will be working closely with the chosen network of agencies. Role: - Responsible for cost effectively acquiring new customers via all circulation marketing channels, including offline, direct mail, catalog, postcard, broadcast, print, PR, retail partners, affiliate partners, local marketing, etc. - Manage the planning, optimizing, implementing and analyzing of all offline marketing activities, operating on both a strategic and tactical level. - Responsible for collaboration of cross-channel marketing campaigns. - Contribute to the achievement of the company’s total strategic and financial plan targets, principally via cost effective new customer acquisition through offline marketing channels. - Plan develop and implement programs geared towards Brand building, engagement, marketing and leadership - Analyze data to identify markets for future customer acquisition
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years post degree experience in marketing with at least 2+ in a management position - A proven track record of achieving high growth - Experience in building and implementing marketing campaigns - Are self-sufficient and fully competent - Passion for real estate industry - Have second to none communication skills and attention to detail - Be a team player - Experience in startups is desirable - Ability to get things done Age: 25 - 45
