The Office Manager would be responsible for providing administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- To operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and phone systems.
- Using computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications.
- Follow up Assigned Responsibility Archives
- Keeping office equipment maintained
- Adjusting Appointments
Requirements

• University qualification: bachelor degree
• At least 2 years training in related field
• Good knowledge in MS. Office
• Good telephone etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English & Farsi
• Excellent prioritization of duties to ensure achievement on time.
• Strong planning and organization skills
• Direction, reactivity and flexibility
