Job Description

In this job, we expect the employee, as an internal manager, to coordinate the internal affairs of the organization and to follow up on the assigned projects and activities until the results are achieved.

Requirements

  • Sufficient accuracy in writing administrative and organizational letters of the management office.
  • Proficient in archiving and documentation.
  • Ability to manage salary and system registration.
  • Proficient in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to follow up on assigned tasks to achieve results.
  • Secrecy, and commitment.
  • Very high learning spirit.
  • Appropriate social behavior (friendly, adaptable, flexible, and patient).
  • Teamwork spirit. 
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Organized, responsible, and flexible in accepting content.
  • Understanding and rational acceptance of conditions and great perseverance to carry out activities and responsibilities.
  • Dynamic and having a high energy level.
  • At least a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least seven years of relevant work experience.
