Job Description

  • Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Arranging all the travel schedules and visa formalities.
  • Manage the office to ensure the flawlessness of all administrative, reception, and building facilities to create a safe and high-standard work environment for personnel
  • File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports.
  • Manage phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
  • Coordinate unit-assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in related positions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
