Handle administrative work and subsequent problems and issues.
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
Arranging all the travel schedules and visa formalities.
Manage the office to ensure the flawlessness of all administrative, reception, and building facilities to create a safe and high-standard work environment for personnel
File and retrieve corporate letters, documents, records, and reports.
Manage phone calls, take messages, or direct them to appropriate individuals.
Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
Coordinate unit-assigned tasks.
Requirements
More than 2 years of experience in related positions.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Intermediate level of English.
Fluent in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
