An international trading company is seeking to employ a qualified candidate for the following position:
Office Assistant
City of work: Tehran
Main purpose of the job
Ensure proper administration, and office documentation. /Administrative work
Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Answering calls, Taking messages and Handling Correspondence
• Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
• Typing, preparing and collating reports
• Filing
• Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
• Managing databases
• Liaising with relevant organizations and clients when needed.
• Logging or processing bills or expenses
• Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Deal with petty cash.
• Maintaining proper documentation.
• The custodian is responsible for the safekeeping and accountability of the fund under supervision of his/her supervisor
Requirements
Specific requirements for the role
• Desirable finance, business or administration related diploma
• Essential previous working experience of at least one year.
• Familiarity with office organization, optimization techniques, Petty cash management
• Multi tasker
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office.
