-Manage office related affairs and communications
-Follow up actions of meetings and preparing regular progress reports for management
-Type & dispatch required letters and minutes of meetings internally and externally
-File and retrieve documents, records and reports
-Perform any other duty by management for daily operation
-Maintaining good relations with all managers and colleagues
-Ensuring the secretarial equipment is always in good operation condition
-Reporting to manager daily
-Checking availability of the materials in the offices
*Working for long hours might be required
Requirements
-At least 3 years of experience in a related field
-Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Creative, flexible and energetic at work
-Trusted and faithful
-Multitasking skills
-Team work abilities and skills
-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office ( expert in Word & Excel, Internet)
-Ideal Age Range: 26 - 36
