Objective: To assist office personnel with daily secretarial and administrative tasks.
Main responsibilities:
- Familiar with handling travel/trip related matters (Visa, Tickets, and hotel booking …)
- Directing calls to appropriate parties or take messages and arrange, coordinate and confirm meetings, conferences and appointments.
- Maintaining an up to date records of various company contacts.
- Coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Organizing internal and external events.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
- Probation: 3 months
-Working hours: 8.00 am -- 4.30 pm (flexible when required)
Requirements
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft office particularly word and excel.
- Fast typing both in Persian and English (10 fingers), Also Armenian (In case of knowing Armenian Language)
- 3 years’ experience as company secretary / assistant at travel agency
- Good Public Relation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time management, administration and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Active listener and perfect attention to details
