Office Assistant Job Purpose:
Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; picking-up and delivering items; serving customers.
• Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information and maintain filing system.
• Maintains supplies by checking office material to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
• Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing
• Maintains office schedule in different aspects with expenses keeping and report activities.
• Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status, promote company brand.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualification:
- Female,
- age 25-30
- Foreign Language: English is a must.
- Minimum 2 years working knowledge. International company is an advantageous.
- University Background: BA or BS being familiar with building materials would be an advantageous.
- Computer Skills: MS office – any Graphic software would be an advantageous.
