Some of the main responsibilities are:
- Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents.
- Organize and coordinates meetings and events.
- Maintain schedules and calendars.
- Handle all office tasks like filing, typing, answering phone, reserving hotels, reserving cars and etc..
- Handle all secretarial affairs
- Proficient in Computer and MS Office and Internet.
- Reporting to Managing Director.

Experience: minimum 3 years
Working hours:Sat. up to Wed. 8:30 to 17:00 and Thursday 8:30 to 13:00
Have Bachelor Degree.
Fluent in English.
Effective communication and excellent public relations and ability to handle multiple tasks.
