Job Description

- Reception desk responsibilities such as management of reception desk, organizing courier services, handling of telephone calls, attendance of emails, attending on visitors in visitor’s room, organizing visitor room - Complete Travel management / administration for the office and external staff, visa handling - Marketing function such as organizing of gifts, giveaways, stationary, office supplies etc., coordination of exhibitions/seminars, organizing sales literature/brochures and distribute the same to customers - Preparation of documentation, Storing, organizing and managing files - Take dictation or record the minutes of meetings - Bookkeeping / Planning and Scheduling - Managing queries from customers - Responsible for the general upkeep of the office such as office decor, groceries, pantry

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor of Science in Commerce or Business Administration (if available) - Experience in the administrative field for min. 2 years - Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - SAP knowledge (not mandatory) - Experiences with customs and governmental authorities - Logistics accomplishments - Good writing and verbal communication skills in English language - Ability to work independently, flexibly - Team player - Ability to work under time pressure / with deadlines - Age preference: 22-30
