- Monitor alert systems and take appropriate action.
- Manage Infrastructure tickets from inspection to closing, includes tracking resolution progress and updating ticket status.
- Update technical document
- Finding problem through analyzing infrastructure monitoring
- Work with support technicians and management to do whatever is necessary to provide excellent service.
- Weekly, monthly report about infrastructure status (uptime, MTTR, MTBF, Security Attacks,..)
- Configuring, updating and assigning monitoring sets, reviewing monitoring alerts, working with Service Desk staff and Technical staff to respond to alerts from pro-active monitoring.

- MCSE / MCSA
- Familiar with ITIL
- Highly Analytical
- Hands-on Experience with monitoring Software Such as Zabbix,prtg,cacti,solarwinds,splunk
- Good working knowledge of wireless technologies (licensed and unlicensed)
- Strong written communication skills
- CCNP R&S or equivalent knowledge
- Familiar with virtualization
