Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Develop a full plan for direct coverage of retail outlets through the use of distributor sales team. • Develop a full medical plan for coverage of targeted Doctors and Dentists across the five Gulf countries • Manage the day to day activities of the distributor team, through the distributor staff. • Management of all trade channels in Iran using the distributor sales and merchandising team. • Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of demand and placing of orders by distributors • Implement the agreed trade marketing plan -- trade promotions, merchandising objectives as per planograms. • Implement the agreed bonus/free goods plan to ensure achievement of budgeted sales numbers within the agreed R&A budget. • Obtain the most cost-effective use of shelf space in all key accounts, in conjunction with Distributor personnel, and create an understanding in the account of the impact on the sales potential of the store. • Implement the agreed medical marketing plan and effective use of all promotional material by distributor team as well as Dental detailers.

Requirements

Work Experience: 4 to 8 years preferably in FMCG with preferably 2 years in Iran Skills and Abilities: • Hands on experience of sales • In-depth understanding of regulatory environment of the market • Hands on experience of handling people • High energy and initiative • Good grasp of distribution and logistics management • Commercial Acumen • Customer Relationship Management • Strong Presentation and Communication skills • Analytical skills • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills • Computer literacy -- Competency in Excel & PowerPoint • Fluent in English communication • Presentation skills
