Job Description

● Achieve volume targets by preparing, negotiating, and implementing customer annual business plans. ● Build and keep a sustainable relationship with key accounts. ● Win and retain profitable business with chain customers. ● Execute and control merchandising across chain stores to ensure implementation of standard merchandising. ● Deliver the growth KPIs for chain accounts. ● Negotiate business or contractual terms with each customer in order to reach the most effective conditions. ● Ensure sales target achievement and monitor sales team performance closely. ● Execute and follow up on promotions’ effective implementation in the market. ● Propose promotions considering market trends, competitors’ activities, and opportunities. ● Analyze customers' financial risks and propose customer credit limits, and manage the collection. ● Monitor customer service level to improve invoicing and delivery quality by tracking closely and following up with the logistic team. ● Manage, coach, and develop direct reports in line with the department's needs. ● Provide weekly and monthly sales forecasts for related accounts. ● Follow up on customers’ payments.
