Job Description

1. Controlling sales invoices to chain stores and matching them with sales contracts
• Checking and verifying sales invoices issued for chain stores (Hyperstar, Refah, Atka, Afog Korosh, etc.).

2. Pursuing the collection of claims from stores according to the specified payment terms
• Communicating with the customer's sales and financial departments to resolve discrepancies.

3. Checking and registering all kinds of discounts and promotions (bonus, cash, credit and seasonal)

4. Reconciliation of accounts and periodical reconciliation with chain customers
• Identification of unpaid, returned or disputed invoices.

5. Preparation and presentation of financial and management reports related to chain sales
• Preparation of monthly chain sales reports: net sales, discounts, sales returns, promotion costs and gross profit.

6. Controlling and archiving financial documents and cooperating with internal and independent auditors
• Archiving financial documents of chain sales (invoices, contracts, remittances, financial correspondence).

7. Close and continuous interaction with the following units for the accuracy of the sales process and financial registration:
. Chain sales unit (contracts and promotions)
Distribution and logistics unit (delivery of goods and returns)
Total financial unit (closing accounts and final profit and loss report)
