Job Description
We're hiring a trainer for Cities: Esfahan, Tabriz and Mashhad. • Present and teach to all clients with new features of product • Help to improve all team members to have a good communication with clients for understanding the tools. • Keep themselves updated with the last information and details of competitor products. • Frequently control of market to train of merchandisers in Tehran & provinces • Monthly and weekly training of merchandisers and take exam to improve their knowledge • Procurement of all material that brand shop &display counter shop needs. • Update all training material • Cooperation with all members to improve performance of job • Control and recheck of merchandiser’s performance in Tehran & provinces • Ability to motivate people, Team working, frequently reporting • Submitting routine reports to the training manager • Evaluate merchandising staff after every training session • Training the merchandisers and supervisors and new members • Execute the plan of Routine field visit, ongoing training concept and knowledge to retailers through team of training • Internal product, sales skill and company culture training • Participation in training to achieve agreed plans with client • Control of KPI (key performance indicator) of merchandisers
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a trainer in Telecommunication Company (device) • Track record in executing successful training programs • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively • Strong report writing and record keeping ability • Good computer and database skill (MS office) • Average knowledge of English
