Job Description
The candidate should be able to maintain and also increase BIODERMA presence within the Medical Practice, and to elevate BIODERMA's share of voice through opening new channels with new customers, while improving our relation with the Health Care Professionals. As Medical Team Lead your main responsibilities will be the following: - People Management: - Being involved in the recruitment process of Medical Representatives. - To coach & mentor the Medical Reps, and follow with training strategies. - Being responsible for the "Performance Evaluation", of the team. - Ensuring proper implementation of the company strategy and the use of the tools provided to the team. - Setting a monthly visit plan for the Medical Team, as per company priorities. - Budget Management - Recommending the needed budget for all Medical activities for the year for Iran Market. - Follow-up of the amounts invested in the Medical activities according to company priorities. - Trade Marketing - Coordinating with the Medical Marketing Manager for the best trade marketing plans.
Requirements
The qualified candidate should have the following criteria: - BS/MS in Medicine or Related fields. - Strong Management skill. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor is required for this position. Note: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the medical / pharmaceutical industry is preferred. - Previous experience working with Dermatologists, Pediatrics, and General Practitioners will be an advantage. - Ability to Travel frequently. - To be well acquainted with the principles of medical visits. - Previous experience in Coaching & Mentoring. - Language Mastery. Fluency in English is a Must. - Microsoft office knowledge (excel, power point…)
