Job Description

- Market the patient benefits of our medical products to surgical KOL's(key opinion leader), OR staff - Coach surgeon on the proper use of our products in operations - Present to groups of experts - Manage accounts in Tehran and few provinces - Possess great public relations ability with KOL's, OR staff and procurement staff - Possess a sense of arithmetics and numbers - Interact very closely with the sales team to the point where marketing functions merge with sales functions - Aim at hitting sales targets - Respect the competition, beat the competition - Work well with all levels within the company - Within the marketing team act as a team player - Ensure proper product availability in covered accounts - Cooperate with related managers in writing marketing plans - Challenge with your own marketing and sales managers for required marketing tools - Participate in account profile and data collection - Prepare weekly planning - Handle complaints

Requirements

- Preferably 2 years of medical representative experience - University education in paramedical education (Pharmacy, Dentistry, Veterinary, Biology, Chemistry, Mircobio), Biomedical engineering plus Business Administration. Finally, advanced degree holders in English with sales experience may also apply. Note that a Medical background is a major advantage - Advanced English skills is a must - Working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) - Ability to travel within the country and if need be, to abroad - Must be self-motivated, independent and well-organized
