-Applies territory planning to get maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacists;
-Regular visits of doctors/ pharmacies to monitor products availability;
-Manages sales promotion of assigned products;
-Maintains a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer any question regarding the products;
-Expected to increase sales to the maximum and maximizes efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area;
-Solves any issue with doctors and pharmacists within the assigned area;
-Surveys market demands and reports to the company;
-Inspects doctors and pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability;
-Participates in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs;
-Prepares detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities;
-Deals with opinion leaders and gets market feedback;
-Solves any problem with doctors and pharmacists within her/his area;
-Identifies business opportunities within the respective area;
Requirements
-Related educational background (Medicine, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Nursing, Midwifery, Microbiology, Nutrition Science & Chemistry)
-Preferably 1 - 2 years’ experience as a Medical Representative
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to maintain ethical, professional and positive attitude and behavior
-Sense of human relations, capability to work in a team
-Initiative, Independent and well-organized
-Ability to travel within the country when needed
-Excellent command of written and spoken Farsi
-Good knowledge of English language and Microsoft Office
